We currently accept only Visa or Mastercard. At this time we are unable to accept any other type of credit or debit card.

All credit card processing is done through an encrypted session between your browser and the server. The technical term for this is SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer, which is an Internet standard security protocol. This site uses SSL version 2, which encrypts all information sent or received while users are viewing or filling in information from secure areas of the site.

With SSL, no one can see credit card information from your session over the Internet. These forms are only sent from secure areas of our site.

Credit card information is also stored in a secure area of the site, and is not kept on the web server. Access to this information is restricted to customers only. Customer Service Representatives will normally only see part of a credit card number displayed when accessing customer information. They will not see an entire credit card number.

If items are out of stock, their expected date of availability will be noted on the website. Currently, 'back orders' are not offered for products unavailable at the time your order is placed.

Standard Shipping to the  U.S. is by UPS Ground, with rates as follows:

Rates are based upon the total purchase price.

All merchandise is shipped from Canada, and the cost of shipping includes handling.

UPS Ground delivery from Canada to the U.S. takes eight to eleven business days. Delivery time does not include 1-2 days order processing time. Expedited delivery to the U.S. will soon be available.

Due to the holiday season, delivery times may be extended.

P.O. Boxes

P.O. Boxes may not be entered as a valid address, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

International, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, & US Military Addresses

At this time, website orders only ship within Canada and the continental USA, excluding Alaska.  Orders to other US states or territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, and all international orders may be placed by contactingenquiries@faceatelier.com. 

Orders placed Monday through Friday 12 pm (PMT) will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed after 12pm (Mountain) Fridays will be shipped on Monday and/or Tuesday. We cannot ship UPS for Saturday delivery. Please note that on U.S. and Canadian Holidays, regular order processing and delivery may be slightly delayed.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. All products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of date of purchase. See RETURNS.

When you place an order, you will be sent an immediate e-mail confirmation containing a FACE atelier Order Number. You will also receive from UPS a tracking number. Please use the FACE atelier Order Number if you have any questions about your order. Once you order has shipped, you can track your order by going to www.UPS.com, using your UPS tracking number.

If you want to ship products to two different addresses, you need to place two separate orders. We can only ship to one address per order.

All products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of date of purchase.

Any unused portion of the product must be returned to receive a refund. Please note that over-used products will not be refunded.

Refunds will be given for the price of the products, including sales tax, as shown on the receipt, a copy of which must be enclosed upon return.

Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded unless a return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong product.

There are no exceptions made to the above-stated policy.

Color Discrepancies

Any product may be returned if you are not completely satisfied. Although we have tried to accurately display and represent the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. Therefore, there may be a slight color discrepancy between what you see on the website and what you receive.

How to receive a refund:

You must include the original or a copy of the invoice slip that came with your merchandise. Please make a note of what you are returning and why. Over-used products will not be refunded.

When we receive your merchandise, the purchase price, including taxes but excluding shipping, will be refunded to the credit card used to order the merchandise. Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive your return for a credit to appear on your credit card. Your return will be acknowledged by an email once received by FACE atelier.

We cannot refund the shipping unless the return is as the result of our error.

eGift Certificates will be available for purchase online in amounts of $25 & $50 dollars, and may be purchased by contacting enquiries@faceatelier.com.

You can purchase multiple eGift Certificates for one recipient at a time. But if you wish to buy eGift Certificates for two different people, you will need to place two different orders.

Upon completion of a purchase of an eGift Certificate, we will send an email to the recipient, notifying them of their gift certificate in the amount you selected, as well as an email to you confirming completion of the transaction. There is no charge for delivery of eGift Certificates.

Recipients of an eGift Certificate must have an e-mail address and Internet access to the World Wide Web. At this time, we ship only within Canada and the continental U.S.

Our eGift certificates expire one year from date of purchase, and are subject to the exclusions and conditions included therein.

Terms and Conditions

Qualified PPP members may only purchase FACE atelier products in multiple of twos at a time.

Resale of FACE atelier products is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of PPP privileges.

FACE atelier reserves the right to terminate PPP privileges at any time without notice.
